Enjpoy your Easter holidays at the MANN
20 - 21 April 2025

When
20 - 21 April 2025
On 20 and 21 April, celebrating the festivity of Easter, is again the right moment to visit the permanent collections of the Museum. Our free app will help you delve in the archaeological heritage of the Museum, from the sculptures of the Farnese collection, to those on display in the section of Campania in the Roman period; and even more fun with mosaics, mural frescoes and everyday-life objects from Pompeii, Herculaneum and the other Vesuvian sites.

Download the app on App Store o Google Play!

The entrance ticket includes the new temporary exhibition: Recovered treasures: stories of crimes and smuggled relics, that reveals the dynamics underpinning the illicit trade in cultural objects and the irreversible damage suffered by heritage.
On display an extraordinarily heterogeneous selection of about 600 artefacts, from the Archaic Age to the Middle Ages, from Southern Italy and beyond: pottery, bronze objects, figurative terracottas, marble decorations, underwater finds and Greek, Roman and medieval coins.

Moreover, you will still have the opportunity to visit the temporary exhibitions: "Recording the excavations: Pompeii in the publication projects during the Kingdom 1740–185" and "From Pietro Fabris to Vincenzo Gemito. New acquisitions of the MANN", whose deadline has been extended until 5 May 2025.
